Thank you for your interest in the Miss PageantPrints™ Photo Contest and Brand Influencer Trip!
Before entering, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

By submitting your application, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• Contest is open to individuals residing in the United States who are active participants in the pageant community.

• Entrants must be at least 7 years old as of August 1, 2025.
  (Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.)

• Entrants must be able and willing to travel to the brand trip location on the designated dates (September 12-14, 2025).

• Current local, national or state titleholders are eligible to enter. Participation in the brand trip will not interfere with any current titleholder duties.

2. Entry Fees

• Entry fees are as follows:

  • $25 for 1 photo submission

  • $50 for up to 3 photo submissions

  • $100 for unlimited photo submissions

• All entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

3. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected based on application responses, submitted photos, and overall alignment with the PageantPrints brand.

• Winners will be announced on or around August 1, 2025.

• PageantPrints reserves the right to select alternate winners if a finalist cannot participate.

4. Brand Trip Details

• Winners will be invited to participate in the Miss PageantPrints Brand Trip experience, which includes:

  • A professional headshot photoshoot

  • A full branding and marketing photoshoot

  • Professional hair and makeup styling

  • Glam gifts and promotional materials

  • Two nights of accommodations (September 12 and 13, 2025)

• Arrival Date: September 12, 2025

• Photoshoot Date: September 13, 2025

• Departure Date: September 14, 2025

Important:

• Transportation is NOT included.
  Winners are responsible for securing and funding their own travel to and from the event venue.

• Winners will receive a packing list of required outfits for photoshoots.
  These outfits do not need to be couture or brand new — many will already be items participants have in their closets.

5. Usage Rights

• By entering and participating, entrants (and/or their guardians) grant PageantPrints the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, and publish submitted and produced photographs, video, and promotional content for advertising, marketing, digital, print, and social media purposes.

• Participants understand and agree that no additional compensation will be provided for the use of their likeness or created content.

6. Conduct

• Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the contest, brand trip, and all related communications.

• PageantPrints reserves the right to remove any participant from the brand trip for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the brand, without refund or compensation.

7. Changes or Cancellations

• PageantPrints reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the contest or brand trip due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, travel restrictions, or venue changes.

8. Legal Release

• Participation is voluntary and at each participant’s own risk.
  PageantPrints and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damages, or incidents during the trip.

• A travel waiver and media release form will be required prior to participation.

9. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application and paying the entry fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
